1. Proprietary Leads.

All leads provided to you directly from Everdays are proprietary. You will not present an Everdays lead with any other product that you sell. If you sell a non-Everdays product to a proprietary lead you will be removed from the platform and fined $500 per offense as a breach of this agreement. Fines will be deducted from any unpaid referral fees. If no referral fees are outstanding, you will have 30 days from notice of breach to pay Everdays.

2. Lead Conversion.

To remain a part of the Lead Program you must convert at least 1 lead into a sale in the first 30 days of joining the Lead Program. Ongoing performance of at least 1 sale conversion per month is required to remain in the Lead Program.

3. Use of Dashboard.

Lead Program participation requires that you update the lead status and include notes in your Everdays Dashboard on every lead. If you neglect to provide updates in the Dashboard it may be grounds for removal from the Lead Program.

4. Contacting Leads.

As a participant of the Lead Program, you agree that you will not use an auto dialer or robo-dialer for any Proprietary Leads provided by Everdays.
