After weeks of preparation and hard work — with meetings held, flights booked, rooms reserved, emails sent, phone calls made, sites designed, pages developed, videos edited, brochures printed, proofs checked — the day had finally arrived.
The Everdays team was headed down to Nashville, Tennessee to attend the ICCFA Annual Convention & Expo for the first time. As one of the premier events in the industry, the yearly conference brings together all segments of the cemetery, funeral service, cremation, and memorialization profession.
Needless to say, we were excited — not only to meet many of the leaders from the industry, but also to introduce Everdays to funeral homes and share its numerous benefits with funeral directors. In addition, we were proud to feature a new partnership with The Smart Director™ by Continental Computers, whose booth was located across from our own.
Our booth attracted hundreds of visitors who were interested in learning more about how Everdays is setting a new standard for notifying family and friends about the passing of a loved one. We also signed up hundreds of funeral homes for our Partner Dashboard, which makes it easy to create and hand-off announcements for families to broadcast to their community.
Visitors to our booth particularly enjoyed our interactive classes with Khal Hanna, head of partner relations, in which they received a full walkthrough of the Everdays platform and were able to get answers to any questions.
P.S. And our team? Well, we loved the tender, flavorful Southern barbecue as well as the friendly, hospitable company.
